Whether you’re assisting riders on course, welcoming spectators, supporting event operations, or helping behind the scenes, every volunteer plays an important role in creating a safe, seamless, and memorable experience.

We welcome individuals, community groups, sporting clubs, and organisations to get involved. Volunteer groups also have the opportunity to raise funds for their club or cause while supporting this iconic event.

Your time can be reimbursed as a donation to a community group, club, or charity of your choice.*
Earn $50 for shifts less than 4 hours, and $80 for shifts over 4 hours. Plus, group bonuses for every 10 or 50 volunteers per day!
